Hoh Rainforest & La Push Beach

My friend, Nata, was in town visiting all the way from Argentina (I can’t believe that it’s been 5 years almost to the day that I’ve left South America!) I decided to take two days off from work (Eric already had those days off) and show her some of the Greater Seattle Area. We packed up Sophie & boarded the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston, drove right past our wedding venue (Kitsap Memorial State Park!) and Northwest around Olympic National Forest to Hoh Rainforest. It was a long drive, but worth it in the amazing views of the Olympics, Lake Crescent (stunning!)

After the Rainforest, we drove back through Forks (where parts of Twilight were filmed 😉 ) & to La Push Beach. Even though it was cold and windy, I really enjoyed seeing this beach. There is something magical and dramatic about this area of the coast. fullsizerender-3fullsizerenderfullsizerender-1dsc_3401Our little family  ❤
